Why beginners love starting here
Pole dance is for every body
You do not need to be strong, flexible, sporty or a dancer. Beginners of every shape, age and gender are welcome. You build strength and flexibility through the classes themselves, step by step, at your own pace.
A studio built for learning
Our space features 9 professional poles set at a comfortable distance from one another, creating a welcoming environment where beginners can learn safely, move freely, and gain confidence from their very first class.
Teachers who put you at ease
Our teachers are caring, patient and attentive. They adapt to your level, explain every move clearly and help you build confidence in your body, so your first class feels reassuring rather than intimidating.
Classes in French and English
Whether you are more comfortable in French or English, you will understand the instructions and feel at home from your first session.
A safe, judgment-free space
Flow Factory is a body-positive, inclusive and respectful space. There is no judgment and no competition here: only support. You are free to explore movement and feel good in your body, surrounded by people cheering you on.
Easy to Reach
Our studio is centrally located in Schaerbeek, near Place Liedts and close to public transport. The Liedts and Thomas tram stops are about a five-minute walk away. Brussels-North station is less than five minutes away by bike, making your first visit easy.

What to expect in your first class
Your first beginner class takes place in a relaxed, welcoming atmosphere. After a gentle warm-up, your teacher guides you through your first movements and pole figures before finishing with a cool-down. Here is everything you need to feel prepared.
- Wear shorts and a t-shirt: skin contact with the pole helps you grip safely.
- Bring a bottle of water and a towel, and arrive about 10 minutes early so you have time to settle in.
- Do not apply body lotion or oil on the day of class, and leave rings and bracelets at home.
- The studio provides everything else, so you do not need to bring any equipment.
